We manage and steer your infrastructure and property development project through all the delivery phases of built asset development, be it a new build or upgrade and/or refurbishment. In our capacity as project managers we act as "fixed-term staff", performing tasks delegated to us by the client.
We are responsible for user project management on your organisations side (from the user and operator perspective) and represent the project towards your planning and building contractors. We coordinate the necessary procurement processes for architects and specialist engineers, project controllers and general contractors. Our IPMA-certified project managers ensure that agreed deadlines, cost budgets and quality standards are met across all project delivery phases, and that the requirements set out in the tailor-made needs assessment are translated into reality.
