Do you want to be involved in creating work environments and live New Work yourself? With us, you would not be working in an office by yourself, but become part of an interdisciplinary team of 95 employees from 12 countries. Our passion: developing buildings that shape identities, implementing new work environments and accompanying people through these changes. We are the go-to consultancy for these kinds of projects and we are looking for you to join us in Luxembourg.

Your tasks - lots of responsibility

As a project manager, you will advise your clients by drawing on your extensive expertise in building operations for the duration of each project. You will host workshops and analyse demands — ranging from cleaning supplies to security-related needs. In cooperation with you project team, you will develop service specifications and operational concepts. During these projects you will spot potential for optimization – these may concern processes and contracts or the management of external service providers. Most importantly, you will impress by digitizing the company, e.g., by defining and implementing new apps or tools such as CAFM systems.

What you bring along with you - apart from passion

_You have a degree from an advanced technical college (FH) or a university – e.g., in facility management, civil engineering, property management or economics.

_Ideally, you have several years of work experience in facility or property management — including expert knowledge of contract administration.

_You are passionate about BIM, building automation (Smart-building), future-oriented and sustainable building operation and are familiar with the digital tools used in this sector.

_You are an expert in modern project management and love hosting workshops and presenting – be it in German or English.

_You are curious, communicative and enjoy working on improving yourself and others – you have internalized New Work and entrepreneurial thinking.
