Our workplace environments and the premises in which we go about the majority of our business are crucial leverage points when it comes to improving an enterprise's carbon footprint. Relevant factors include location and transport links, working model, land required and services provided.

We help you identify the major sources of CO₂ emissions in your (workplace) infrastructure and work out the right steps to take. We've developed a special tool for this purpose – the Öko Map – that allows us to quantify and compare the factors outlined above.

Deliverables we provide:

• Analysis of location, building and services
• Calculation of CO₂ emissions from the different areas of the (workplace) infrastructure (current status quo)
• Recommendations regarding possible action to be taken (options)
• Analysis of the different options in terms of carbon emissions
• Summary and recommendations for subsequent steps 
• Drafting of comprehensive sustainability plans for built assets in line with your enterprise's sustainability strategy in collaboration with our partners in the Klimaschutzhaus consortium

Resulting outcomes:

• An integrated, systemic overview of CO₂ emissions produced by your (workplace) infrastructure
• Identification of the main CO₂ emitters 
• Elaboration and comparison of different options for action
• Reliable identification of the most effective leverage points for subsequent steps
