Oversight of building sign-off and commissioning

We provide support during handover of the building and assumption of operational responsibility, overseeing the recording of defects and ensuring that the required operational functionality is delivered and that the documentation is full and complete. We also assist with the induction of external contractors to familiarise them with operational processes ahead of the start-up phase. In addition, we work with you to ensure that all necessary official permits and approvals are obtained and that works meet the specifications of government authorities, certification bodies and stakeholders.
