As a Junior Consultant, you will be part of project teams and work on exciting topics regarding our clients’ building operations. With your team, you will develop service specifications and operational concepts. During these projects you will spot potential for optimization – this may concern processes and contracts or the management of external service providers. Most importantly, you have a vested interest in digitization, e.g., you have suggestions for defining and implementing new apps or tools such as CAFM systems.

_You have a degree from an advanced technical college (FH) or a university – e.g. In facility management, civil engineering, property management or economics.

_Ideally, you have already gained some work experience or have worked on projects concerning facility or property management.

_You are passionate about BIM, building automation (Smart-building) and future-oriented and sustainable building operation.

_You enjoy preparing presentations – be it in English or German.

_You are curious, communicative and enjoy working on improving yourself and others – you have internalized New Work and entrepreneurial thinking.
