We are looking for new colleagues who are eager to take responsibility and face new challenges as a consultant. You will become part of an open, interdisciplinary team with a wide range of tasks in major projects that we consistently develop from a user's perspective.

What awaits you

_Responsibility You will be working on exciting facility management projects with your project team, understand our clients in Luxembourg and abroad, and pass their requirements on to building operations. You will develop analyses and strategies for secondary processes, work on defining and implementing tools (CAIFM systems), devise service specifications and operation concepts, and support the organisational development (structure/ workflow).
You will operate independently, take responsibility for project phases and lead small project teams.

_Planning Using creative and agile approaches, you will plan and moderate workshops, as well as taking the reins regarding the further development of our methods and tools.

_Liberty You will do all of these things with a high level of autonomy because our working environment is flexible and mobile.

What you bring along with you

_Passion Are you passionate about what you do? People, organisations and objects are your passion? Do you enjoy refining your personal development and entrepreneurial thoughts and actions? Excellent!

_Curiosity Are you curious about new things and full of ideas? Are you interested in BIM, smart building and how buildings will be operated in the future? Perfect!

_Experience Have you gained initial working and project experience, ideally in the context of facility management, consultancy or participation processes, and ideally combine this with experience as a moderator? 

_Knowledge Do you bring along knowledge from a completed education in economics, facility management, real estate management, or a similar degree? You have a good command of written and spoken German and English and are also able to communicate in French if necessary? MS-Office is a no-brainer for you, and you have an affinity for new media and a knack for graphic design? Then we are waiting for you!
