Based on the pre-defined operational plan, we provide support with the procurement and contracting of facility services necessary for the operation of the building, along with any additional ancillary services that may be required. On your behalf we specify the scope of services and the associated service level agreements and key performance indicators, including a bonus/penalty system. We define contractor requirements, draw up the tender documents incl. price lists/rate schedules, the bill of quantities and a contract template, and provide support with the contracting process.
