This includes specifying the requirements for the central project documentation platform or common data environment (CDE), as well as detailed specification of the relevant data to be created to ensure optimum support during the planning, construction and operational phases of the project. We work with you to define the client information requirements (CIR) and specify how the data are structured, including the data identification system. Last but not least, we also define the necessary data formats, interfaces and responsibilities to ensure full and complete documentation of the project.
