Portfolio analysis

We support you in the evaluation of your property portfolio. Based on your defined strategic objectives, we work with you to develop an assessment matrix that quantifies the quality of built assets from the economic, technical and user perspective.

We also provide guidance and support with evaluating your portfolio in terms of its compliance with the criteria specified by the EU Taxonomy or the ESG criteria. We analyse the results on your behalf and recommend specific measures to optimise your portfolio.

Last but not least, we identify the changes to your organisational structure, workflows and IT system landscape that will be necessary for the long-term optimisation of your portfolio.

  • Overseeing the formation of suitable clusters of properties
  • Support with extrapolating the evaluation criteria to the level of individual properties and clusters
  • Overseeing their integration into a portfolio evaluation tool (or, alternatively, provision of an Excel-based evaluation tool)
  • Support with evaluation/analysis of the portfolio and subsequent development of a built asset and portfolio strategy
  • Recommendations regarding specific action to be taken, required optimisation measures and necessary adjustments to the FM organisational structure and IT system landscape
