Tenant representation: project management for office space leasing

We manage your search for rental premises and steer the relocation process to a successful conclusion. Our approach is informed by our independence and our focus on maximising utility for our clients. We structure the process and place our project management expertise at your disposal in the needs assessment, selection of premises and relocation phases.

In accordance with your individual interests and quantitative and qualitative requirements we analyse and evaluate your lease agreement from the commercial as well as the technical point of view and conduct the associated negotiations. We undertake the project management on behalf of our clients and source, direct and coordinate all the contractors and service providers required on the tenant side to survey the market, provide legal advice and plan & execute the project. Using the methods and tools at our disposal we act on your behalf to ensure that agreed deadlines, cost budgets and quality standards are met, through to handover and acceptance of the leased premises.
