Procurement of rental premises

The first step in the procurement of rental premises is to define evaluation criteria and requirements in terms of facilities, fixtures and fittings based on the outcomes of the organisational and requirements planning processes (working model, usage, floor space, location, infrastructure, fit-out standard). We then search the market for suitable premises to let and draw up a comparison of the different options available (including the current premises, if required).

Following this impartial evaluation of suitable premises, we oversee the contractual negotiations in line with the predefined criteria (building, technical and commercial aspects) and coordinate the entire process through to signing of the lease agreement.

Our focus here is on optimisation in two directions: cost reduction and quality gains. We take care of the following on your behalf:

  • Shortlisting of premises that match requirements
  • Transparent and consistent definition and application of selection criteria
  • Providing a basis for decision-making regarding remaining in the existing premises or relocating
  • Highlighting pros and cons of the respective premises alongside a direct comparison
  • Solicited offers meet defined client requirements and can thus be compared objectively
  • We know the market and are therefore able to maximise the potential of a rental offer in the interests of our clients (cost reduction and quality gains)

We draw up a client briefing based on your future requirements and assist you with the selection and procurement of rental premises:

  • Selection and evaluation criteria for rental premises
  • Requirements in terms of structural quality and fit-out standards
  • Market survey of available premises to let
  • Longlist and shortlist of suitable premises
  • Comparative assessment of shortlisted premises
  • Client briefing on shortlisted premises
  • Request for offers, analysis of offers received, evaluation of use and recommendation of top 2-3 premises
  • Roadmap for negotiations, documentation of interim results of individual rounds, final recommendation
  • Occupancy plan as an annexe to the lease agreement
  • Signing of lease agreement
