Procurement of works

In the strategic phase we work with you to develop the right project model for the development of your built asset. In the subsequent initiation and planning phase we plan, manage and coordinate the associated procurement processes (planning & works) and ensure optimum project organisation right from the outset.

The focus here is on four key parameters:

  • Project organisation: The choice of project model in turn defines the future project organisational structure and the associated interfaces between the project stakeholders.
  • Deadlines: The timeline for the procurement process is planned so as to meet or exceed the overarching project deadlines/milestones.
  • Quality: The success of the project is largely ensured by the high quality of works specified in the procurement processes.
  • Costs: By focussing on close coordination of the planning process and procurement of works, combined with negotiation and partnering phases, we are able to keep costs within the client's targeted corridor.
